Today’s Real Wedding Wednesday features a Maryland wedding that had a style of contemporary chic. The wedding location was Hanover, Maryland and the ceremony took place at Saint Mark United Methodist Church, which is the groom’s home church. The bride and groom, Crystal and DJ, hired Eunique Jones Photography as their photographers. My favorite elements? This couple’s common love for Chuck Taylor sneakers, therefore ordering custom sneakers for their whole bridal party, the place cards which doubled as gift boxes filled with Ringpops candy for guests, tablescapes, couple’s cake table featuring frame photos of couple’s mothers, who both passed away during the year prior to their wedding, and everyone dancing the night the away.
Enjoy the view!
This couple met while DJ was delivering mail to Crystal's job.
Since Crystal is not a high heeled girl, she instead wore some blinged out Chuck Taylors on her big day. “I’m a jeans and tennis shoes girl,” says Crystal. “I love Converse sneakers and I knew when I got married I was wearing Chucks!”
The bride’s lovely bouquet of orchids and roses bears a stunning spectrum of purple and lavender blooms.
Crystal’s bridesmaids gave her this personalized hanger to hold her beautiful dress on her big day.
